Station Earth continues its industry leading tradition by announcing a suite of service offerings under the Client Care banner.

With SEconnect, Station Earth can access your system and resolve many issues remotely without the inconvenience of a home visit. SEconnect allows Station Earth to provide exceptional customer service and technical support in a timely fashion, so you can get the most out of your home’s technology.

We offer four levels of Client Care coverage option ranging from Basic to Ultimate. Each offering provides features designed to keep your system in peak form.

 

Basic provides remote access to your system during regular business hours using our SEconnect remote tool. Remote service labour is billed at our regular hourly rate in 15 minute increments. In most cases, we can resolve issues in an hour or less.

Remote expands coverage to 11pm – seven days a week – and includes labour for up to 12 remote service calls per year. We also provide enhanced diagnostic tools including access to our SEconnect Mobile application which allows you to manage system performance from your phone.

Proactive adds the ability for Station Earth to actively monitor your system for performance issues and attempt to correct them before you even know there is a problem.

Ultimate combines remote with on-site service coverage including annual preventative maintenance and up to 12 on-site service calls per year. You can choose optional warranty extension for complete coverage.

With seconnect we can investigate and fix common problems without needing to schedule a home visit.

Fix issues with your phone

Use seconnect Mobile to resolve common issues from your phone. Reset devices directly from your app and get back up and running in seconds.

Real-Time Tracking and Diagnostics

seconnect provides real-time diagnostic capabilities for networked devices including routers, access points, switches and other compatible devices.

With Client Care Proactive, we are able to actively monitor your system and, in many cased, solve issues before you even know there is a problem.

Ultimate Performance

Ultimate is our most comprehensive plan. Technicians have the highest levels of remote capabilities. With annual planned on-site visits for preventative maintenance and upgrades ensures peak performance year after year.

Expanded coverage hours

Customers with client care remote or higher can take advantage of extended remote service hours from 7:00am to 11:00pm, 7 days per week. Ultimate customers can receive up to 12 on-site service calls per year.
